Ecogear Shipping/Exchange and Return Policy

Returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase:

  • Shipping costs must be paid for by the customer for all return/exchange items unless the reason for the return/exchange is due to a product that is defective/damaged upon receipt.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. There will be a 3% restocking fee for all returned/exchanged items if the item is not defective.
  • Please contact customerservice@ecogearproducts.com for return/exchange approval and further instructions.

Receiving refunds or exchanges:

  • You will receive your refund in the original form of payment within 2 weeks after we have received your returned item. There will be a 3% restocking fee for all returned or exchanged items if the item is not defective.
  • You will have your new item within 2 weeks from the date we receive your item for exchange. Please note that during the holiday season, returns and exchanges may take longer to process.
  • IF YOU HAVE A P.O. BOX, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES.
  • We only ship to the Continental U.S.

Discounts and Promotions:

  • Refunded/exchanged value for each item returned/exchanged will be reduced to reflect the value of any discount or promotion.

Lifetime Warranty

Ecogear believes in the products we design and manufacture, so all of our products come with a LIFETIME Warranty. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective/damaged item, you can return or exchange your item.

If your Ecogear bag fails due to a manufacturing defect, simply print and fill out the warranty form below and follow the instructions.

Ecogear customers must ship their Ecogear product to the address shown on the warranty form and the product will be evaluated for replacement/refund. All shipping to Ecogear Warranty must be pre-paid. Ecogear cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Please include proof of purchase with your product shipment (sales receipt, order confirmation email, etc). Proof of purchase must include customer name, date of purchase, and total purchase amount. Any Ecogear products returned without proof of purchase will not be valid for warranty replacement.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. This warranty also does not apply to any non-Ecogear products like a device, even if packaged or sold with the Ecogear product, or property carried in or on an Ecogear product. Ecogear is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages for any reason including damage resulting from a breach of a warranty or condition such as scratches in a device surface, lost data or lost or destroyed personal property.

Products purchased from second-hand stores (THRIFT STORES, SALVATION ARMY, etc) will not have valid warranty coverage.
